Once downloaded, you should click on the SHOW MY PC button at the top.
Once you do this, a number will be generated such as: 12345-678910.
Before the number appears, you may see a box appear that asks if you wish to block a connection.
You should make sure that you ALLOW THIS CONNECTION or the code will not be generated.
Once the code is generated, this should be given to the technician who will attempt to assist you remotely.
